Dismissal Transportation Posters

By Karen Cox | Affiliate Disclosure | Filed Under: Beginning of School

Print these dismissal transportation posters to keep track of how your students go home each day. I have a variety of choices: large dismissal posters, a smaller set, and a chart. I also made a set of rainbow colored buses in case your school color codes different bus loads.

Dismissal Transportation Posters

My previous set of dismissal posters needed a new update, and for these, I used polka dot borders and new clipart.

Laminated these posters and display them on a classroom wall or bulletin board. You can use either dry erase or wet erase markers to write the children’s names on them. If there are dismissal changes, it is quick and easy to erase and update.  You could also use removable sticker name tags so you can move them in case of changes.

First, thank you for the summer introduction to Literacy Beginnings. I think my initial introduction to the book and comments on other websites was just what I needed as a motivation to follow the discussion. My second read was a little here and a little there as I got to know the children at the beginning of the school year. . Now I am more intentional in my search because I am confident I will find what I need to help me with skill building. Please recommend a book next summer. I do not know how I missed the dismissal posters! They are just what I was thinking about making. Of course, I say that about every resource I have found on your website. Thank you for sharing …

Hi there! I LOVE everything you post and use it often. I can’t get these to download for some reason. I printed your center signs and class rules no problemo. When I click on the picture, it just shows it small in another window. Hmmm…

Do you have preschool schedule cards to print out? Either for free or to purchase? Thanks.

    Karen,

My school is a bus school and has 11 buses! Is there any way to get bus color posters in other colors? I love the posters…it’s just what I’ve been looking for!

      Hi Susan,

The bus clipart I have also comes in Black, Brown, Gray, and Light Pink. Would those colors work for you?
