Bible Story Recall

In this activity, children will recall details from the story. Children will sort the picture cards into two groups: “in the story” and “not in the story”. This activity encourages active listening, comprehension, and helps preschoolers retell the Bible story with confidence.

There are 6 cards that represent the story, such as leper, sores on skin, one thanked Jesus, etc. There are 6 cards for things that were not in the story, such as tomb, fig tree, storm, etc.

Jesus and the Lepers Recall Sheet

On this Jesus Heals Ten Lepers recall sheet, children look at the pictures and decide which things were in the Bible story and which were not.
