Dismissal Posters

Here are some dismissal posters I made for my classroom, and I am sharing in case they may be useful to others. I laminated these and posted them on the wall by the door. You can use either dry erase or wet erase markers to write the children’s names on them. If there are dismissal changes, it is quick and easy to erase and update.

  1. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I love your things and I so appreciate that you offer them for teachers to use. Your site is terrific and I often come by to get ideas. Thank you!

  2. I always look forward to the wonderful things that you share with us teachers. Even though I have done this for many years, I love new ideas. Your pictures and lesssons for math and language are right on target. Please keep it coming. I just love everything. Thank You.

First, thank you for the summer introduction to Literacy Beginnings. I think my initial introduction to the book and comments on other websites was just what I needed as a motivation to follow the discussion. My second read was a little here and a little there as I got to know the children at the beginning of the school year. . Now I am more intentional in my search because I am confident I will find what I need to help me with skill building. Please recommend a book next summer. I do not know how I missed the dismissal posters! They are just what I was thinking about making. Of course, I say that about every resource I have found on your website. Thank you for sharing …

Hi there! I LOVE everything you post and use it often. I can’t get these to download for some reason. I printed your center signs and class rules no problemo. When I click on the picture, it just shows it small in another window. Hmmm…

  6. Hi Karen, I am a teacher at a school in North Africa and this year I am teaching Nursery … ages 3-4, after some years of KG and 1st Grade.
